Pro hair & makeup stylists from Ivy Hair & Makeup will be available at our store Friday, May 26th to give you the ultimate Eras Tour makeover! Reserve your time slot (2 people per spot/45 min each). $15 non-refundable deposit is required to hold reservation.

14 days from delivery date to exchange or receive store credit for CLOTHING, BELTS & FOOTWEAR (excludes: bodysuits, roller skates and swimwear). Accessories, headwear, home decor are final sale. Please contact us before shipping product back. You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. All tags must be attached. We will not accept worn, washed or damaged products. Footwear must be in original packaging and box. If product is sent back to us damaged, worn, washed or missing tags, we will not give store credit or allow an exchange and you will have to pay for return shipping back to you.

You have 24 hours to cancel an order for monies back. After the 24 hour period, all orders that are cancelled will become store credit. No exceptions.
