We're excited to bring the Bullet Boots Hat Bar to Bay Head Yacht Club. While pre-registration is optional, it allows us to prepare and secure your spot (first come first serve)! Walk-ups are welcome based on availability.
Reserve your custom hat with a $25 Reservation Deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your custom hat purchase at the event.
The Hat Bar Experience
Enjoy a personalized, one-on-one appointment with a Bullet Boots artisan as you design a custom hat tailored to your style.
During your experience, you will:
- Select your preferred hat style and color
- Be professionally sized for the perfect fit
- Choose from a curated collection of hat bands and embellishments
- Personalize your hat with custom heat branding (available on wool hats only)
- Watch your hat be handcrafted and finished on-site by our artisans
Every hat is thoughtfully crafted by hand, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece made exclusively for you.
Available hat styles:
- Straw: Flat brim, Beach Hats, Cowboy Hats
- Wool Hats: Cowboy and Flat brim
Pricing:
Pricing varies based on your hat style and customizations. Hats begin as a blank canvas, with embellishments and hat bands available à la carte.
Blank Straw Hats: $150
Blank Wool Hats: $200
Hat Bands: $25-$50
Exotic Hat Bands: $85-$185
Embellishments: $5-$10/each
