- Tuesday–Friday: 11 AM–8 PM (7PM last appointment)
- Saturday: 11 AM–5 PM (4PM last appointment)
Hat Bar hours are available by appointment only. Please book online to reserve your time with one of our artisans!
HOW IT WORKS
- Pick Your Hat — Choose your style, color, and size.
- Make It Yours — Pick hat bands, feathers, pins, branding, artwork, and more.
- We Create It — Our artisans shape and customize your hat just for you.
- Take It Home — Hang out while we finish it, pick it up later, or have it shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Plan for about 1 hour per person.
Every hat is different! Hand-burned artwork, extra branding, stitching, or more detailed designs will take additional time. If your hat needs a little longer, you can hang out while we finish it, pick it up later, or have it shipped.
PRICING
Everything is à la carte, which means you choose exactly what you want to add to your hat.
- Straw Hats: $100+ (March–August, while supplies last)
- Wool Felt Hats: $160–$200+
- Accessories: $3–$25+
- Hat Bands: Prices vary
- Hand-Burned Artwork: $50+
- Most Custom Hats: $200–$350+

Discount is valid on in-stock, regular-priced merchandise only and excludes custom items, sale items, and special orders.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- $50 deposit per guest
- Your deposit goes toward your custom hat.
- Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
- Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
GOOD TO KNOW
- We only customize hats purchased from Bullet Boots. We cannot customize outside hats at our Hat Bar.
- Have a hat that needs a little love? We offer cleaning, reshaping, and restoration for outside hats. Book an appointment and choose “Hat Restoration.”
- NJ sales tax + 3.99% card fee apply. Pay cash to skip the card fee.
