How It Works
- Get sized and pick your hat style, color, and materials
- Work with our artisans to build your custom hat
- Sip, shop, and relax while you wait — or come back later to pick it up
Booking Info
- $50 non-refundable deposit required to book per guest (goes toward your custom hat)
- Need to reschedule? Just give us 48 hours' notice
- No-shows and cancellations lose the deposit

How Long It Takes
- Solo appointments: 60–90 minutes
- Groups/private parties: plan for up to 4 hours
- Tight on time? Pick up later or we'll ship it to you
BYOB (21+)
White wine, champagne, prosecco, or seltzers welcome. Bring your own cups/openers, or buy cups in-store. No hard liquor, no red wine, no outside food.
Bring Your Own Hat
We clean, reshape, and cut brims ($25+). For hygiene reasons, custom embellishments are only available on Bullet Boots hats.
