How It Works
- Choose your hat style, size, and color
- Personalize it with hat bands, trims, feathers, branding, artwork, and more
- Relax, shop the store, or grab a bite nearby while we finish your hat. You're also welcome to pick it up later if that works better - we also ship!
Booking
- A $50 non-refundable deposit per guest reserves your appointment and is applied toward your custom hat purchase. Think of it as a down payment (you will thank us!)
- Need to change your appointment? Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll happily move it to another available date. Cancellations and no shows = lose your deposit.
Hat Pricing
Let's be real... this isn't just a hat. It's a custom piece handcrafted by talented artisans who put a lot of love into every detail. You'll wear it for years, and no one else will have one exactly like it. It's uniquely yours.
Western isn't cheap, and when you find it cheap... it usually isn't the real deal (and it'll probably fall apart anyway).
Is it an investment? Absolutely. But don't you want to look good? Expect to invest anywhere from $200–$350+, depending on how wild you want to get. The rest is up to you!

Available Styles: Cattleman, Rancher, Flat Brim, Fedora, and Top Hat (special order).
Sales tax applies. Card payments include a 3.99% processing fee. Cash is always welcome.
BYOB (21+)
Feel free to bring champagne, prosecco, white wine, or seltzers to enjoy during your appointment. Just remember to bring cups and a bottle opener if needed. Please no hard liquor, red wine, or outside food.
FYI: We only customize hats purchased from Bullet Boots. BUT we are happy to restore, clean, and reshape outside hats. Go ahead and make an appointment and in the comments select - "Hat Restoration"
