At Bullet Boots, your hat isn’t just an accessory, it’s an experience! You’ll be measured and sized, then choose your wool hat color and style. Our expert trained artisans will guide you through the process as you hand-pick your embellishments and watch your custom hat come together right before your eyes. You’re welcome to stay and enjoy the show or swing back once it’s finished. Please note: more detailed designs like hand-burned artwork, reshaping, or cross-stitching can take a little extra time, but that’s what makes your Bullet Boots hat one-of-a-kind!

To secure your spot, a $25 non-refundable booking fee is required and will be applied toward your final hat purchase. While the fee itself cannot be refunded, we’ll happily reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
