Please contact us before shipping product back. You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. All tags must be attached. We will not accept worn, washed or damaged products. Footwear must be in original packaging and box. If product is sent back to us damaged, worn, washed or missing tags, we will not give store credit or allow an exchange and you will have to pay for return shipping back to you.
