Each guest is sized, selects their hat style, color, and materials, then works alongside our trained artisans to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

Booking Details
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final purchase.
Need to reschedule? We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Custom Hat Pricing
- Straw Hats: $100+ (March through August)
- Wool Felt Hats: $160+
- Accessories & Embellishments: $3–$25+
- Hat Bands (leather, feather, stone, exotic): Pricing varies
- Hand-burned Artwork: Pricing varies
Duration of Experience
Each appointment takes approximately 60–90 minutes per guest, depending on customization. Hand-burned artwork may take additional time.
Short on time? Pick up your custom hat later or have it shipped directly to you.
For group bookings and private parties, we recommend allowing up to 4 hours for a relaxed, fully guided experience at our hat bar in Denville, NJ.
BYOB Policy (21+)
Guests may bring white wine, champagne, prosecco, or hard seltzers (no hard liquor or red wine). Please bring your own cups and openers, or cups are available for purchase in-store.
No outside food permitted.
Hat Restoration & Bring Your Own Hat (BYOH)
We offer professional hat cleaning, reshaping, brim cutting, and branding services on outside hats. BYOH fees apply.
To maintain our quality standards, embellishments are only available on Bullet Boots hats.
